Anyone attending this? It's open to people of all nationalities, taking place at Yonge and Dundas square on Saturday at noon. Here's the facebook link: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=106047443256
There's also a memorial service Friday in Toronto for the slain protesters in Iran. I'll post some info on that when more details come through.
By the way, I'm a new intern at rabbletv and we're doing a piece set to come out next week about what some Iranian-Canadians think about what's happening in their home country.
What are your thoughts on the election controversy? Do you think it was rigged? Do you think there's any chance Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's call for a partial recount will instill any faith in the youth of Iran or spur a change in government?
Any comments on the recent student deaths in Iran or about the police open firing on protesters?
