Oh, I thought you were referring to the larger Gulf oil spill in Kuwait. I was going to say that the pictures of the trucks you had were way too new and fuel efficient.

In Chad? Who is they? I'm sure a diplomat or two drives a totally sweet GM Terrain, in fact I bet a few people are driving some wicked 5 MPG monsters. And I wouldn't bat an eyelash if I were to pop into Kuwait City and see more than a few totally boss rides.
Mind you, FM ol' buddy, that at least 11MPG is far more efficient than an Abrams.

Oh, yes it is. But as often as not those less efficient Abrams are full tilt, pedal to metal drilling for oil.
