Before this thread gets cut off... I heard a passing reference from our local <joke> CBC propaganda mill </joke> that Saskatoon has the second highest percentage of year-round cyclists in Canada. Don't know the source, but if it is accurate it is surprising in a good way.
Too bad our city council doesn't get the message.
