The only problem with this 'analysisi' is that Site C will not change the flow of water in the Peace by one cupful. Alberta already has all the access it needs to the Peace, if it wants to use the water.

Site C and the Kinder Morgan pipeline go together like a horse and carriage. Site C water is not only essential for continued production it will dilute the bitumen that allows it to flow down the pipeline, loaded on to tankers destined for China. There it will serve to make China’s permanent smog thicker, soupier and more lethal.
Don't forget the man all tattered and torn, who kissed the maiden all forlorn...
