And as many have pointed out, this isn't a court of law.  You and Pondering seem to be on the same page.  That should give you pause.  

There are different ways to handle cases like these.  Automatically firing someone is one option.  However, the victims in this case did not want that but wanted it addressed.

Should he have kept the names of his accused caucus members private?

Should he have allowed them to stay in caucus?

MPs for one party don't get to tell the leader of another party whether to keep an MP in that party's caucus. What they have to do with the situation is beside the point.

I support the NDP and Jagmeet Singh. If you are a supporter you will have to reconsider your position now otherwise you will be on the same side as me and you might catch cooties.
