The Minister of Foreign Affairs continues to refuse to provide Mr. Abdelrazik with travel documents for Canada. First, the Canadian government said he needed an airline to agree to carry him. The airline for the United Arab Emirates said they had no objection. Then the government said he needed a ticket. More than 150 Canadians chipped in to pay for the airfare.
