Obama lacks new vision for Africa

Obama's first official visit to Africa was the chance to propose a radically different vision for U.S.-Africa relations. Gerald Lemelle says he didn't take it. Lemelle is the executive director of Africa Action, the oldest U.S. human rights organization that focuses on social and political justice for the people of Africa.
