Emma Lui

Emma Lui is an activist, a writer and a contributor to the book "Corporatizing Canada: Making Business out of Public Service." She is the Social Media Coordinator for the Ottawa Water Study/Action Group and a member of the La Pêche Women's March Network. Emma is currently on a year-long sabbatical from the Council of Canadians, where she had been the Water Campaigner for more than eight years. She has an MA in Political Economy and a BA in Human Rights and Law from Carleton University. Her areas of interest include water and climate justice, Indigenous solidarity as well as food and nutrition.
