In a sense that's true, if you define Israeli Arabs as "the pre-1967-borders ones we decided to give citizenship". The problem's the ones in East Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza. Israel's never going to give them citizenship, because together with their Israeli Arab brethren, they make up a majority of Israel's population.
Israel had a chance, with the Oslo accord, to rectify the situation by withdrawing to the 1967 lines. It continued to colonize the West Bank, and is now planning to annex non-contiguous pieces of it to get around the fact Jews are a minority, while still controlling it and Gaza militarily. It's profiting from extending this legal "ambiguity" indefinitely.
Also, Israel's Basic Law says that no party that denies Israel's status as a Jewish state (i.e. advocates majority rule) can compete in elections. So there's not much point in forming Arab parties, since they all have to endorse Zionism, and they keep getting banned in any event. Even when they are allowed to win seats, they're not allowed to take part in government.

Israel is moving in a direction where Jewish Canadian support will reach a breaking point. I expect that this will happen before non-Jewish Canadians will push this very much.
Israel is in the hands of extremists and as it moves to greater extremes, it will become more and more difficult for Jewish Canadians to reconcile. Certainly there is support now but there are cracks and these cracks will widen. The wider Canadian community is not at breaking point yet either but we are apporaching that point.
As the hope, perhaps illusion, of a moderate, "democratic" Israel, a two state solution, and peace with neighbours fades, Canadians will find it more difficult to support what Israel has actually become. Zionism was always based on a two-state solution, in order to carve out a state of a single religious majority.
Netenyahu has decided to once and for all make a two state solution impossible. Given the demographics of the people who live in this extended state, he has blown up the essential myth of Israel. Israel was intended by many Jews to be a "democratic" Jewish state -- with all the contradiction that implies. Of course it cannot be at once democratic, Jewish and control territories with a majority of non-Jewish people. What Netenyahu has done by burying any residual hope for a two-state solution has firmly condemned Israel to abanoning any pretence at having a democracy and requiring the institution of an undeniable religious apartheid along with a new process of ethnic cleansing of more people than were living in 1940s Israel when it was created. The cloak of deniability has for years been the scraps of hope for a two state solution.
As such Netenyahu may have crushed the hope of Zionism for Zionists -- even if they do not know it yet. It is possible that within restricted borders Israel, may have eventually found a reluctant peace with a neighbouring Palestinian state. It is possible that within more restrictive borders, a Jewish majority could have been maintained for some time. But now, Israel has seized so much territory, that it cannot, short of a new round of ethnic cleansing, build a sustainable state there. Ultimately a one state solution is effectively the end of Israel. It is impossible to see Israel as Netenyahu is building it become either peaceful or sustainable as Jewish state. It may persevere for some time, even longer than Apartheid in South Africa, but global support for it will eventually fade. The US as a guardian is also likely to fade in power. The requirement for a new round of extreme ethnic cleansing, will probably be a breaking point. The present apartheid of the territories, I believe has only been sustainable as people clung to the myth of a two state solution.
The two state solution, Netenyahu is buring, was the fig leaf to allow the Apartheid state of Israel. As two-state is understood to be no longer possible, the reality of Apartheid as a permanent, rather than a temporary regime will take hold. It will also be impossible for Israel to continue through propaganda to convince the world that the fault lies with the Palestinians and that he is waiting for them to come to the table. By burning the table in the fire, Netenyahu has proven that Israel as it is today is unsustainable (even if ever it might have been sustainable in the past had other decisions been made).
I have long beleived that the most dangerous people are those who do not even act in their own interest. Israel is in that category. It is not restrained by self interest. It is on an impossible mission as extreme right parties hold control over a perhaps slightly less extreme centre. Just as a case cannot be made that this is in Israel's interest, backstopping Israel by the US is also not in the interests of that aging power.

While I'm not precisely on the same page as NDPP with the whole destroy and criminalize theme, I do think that the focus needs to not be Judeocentric but rather on generalized support for what Sean rightly calls an extremist state. There are plenty non-Jewish specific organizations that support Israel unconditionally, who also wield the accusation of anti-Semitism as a means of silencing criticism for Israel's gross human rights violations. I've encountered white supremacist groups whose virulent Islamophobia has them allied with the state of Israel even though many of the individuals may themselves hold anti-Semitic views. Not the cosiest of bedfellows, but still.
I think it's also important to note that Canada's own history of land theft and genocidal practises makes them a natural ally of those who do the same. That history is deeply embedded in our colonial state culture and frequently leaks into our foreign policy. NDPP's scorched earth policy against unconditional supporters of Israel isn't going to accomplish what needs to be accomplished, that being an upsurge of support for BDS, the only realistic mechanism we have that has proven to work in the past, in South Africa.

"Andrew Scheer announced last week that if elected, he would eliminate Canada's support for UNRWA, a UN agency that provides assistance to millions of Palestinian refugees. CIJA and B'nai Brith's alleged concerns over financial probity an protecting Canada's tax dollars rings hollow when one considers their actions (or inactions) in the face of mismanagement allegations against some other organizations.
The JNF for example, which is partially funded by Canadian tax dollars, has been repeatedly cited for mismanagement and fraud. Earlier this year, an Israeli cabinet minister urged that the JNF be disbanded because of mismanagement, but that call didn't even st a raised eyebrow from CIJA. Recently JNF's American branch was outed for fraud by Jewish Forward magazine.
Kushner, CIJA, B'nai Brith, Bercovici, Netanyahu and company would like to see UNRWA disbanded completely in order to weaken and eventually extinguish international support for the Palestinian right of return. Currying their support, Scheer has jumped in."
Time to shutter these revolting Zionist organizations so boldly and outrageously working in the interest of apartheid Israel, expose the political class that collaborates with their lobby, and as with South African apartheid, get serious about stamping out its international support, toppling the regime, and implement majority democratic rule in a free Palestine.
