CBC TV had barely called an NDP majority government in Alberta when Minister of Justice Peter MacKay declared the province Albertastan!
Maybe he was surprised with Rachel Notley’s NDP majority win? Or maybe he was just conflating his hate-on for socialism with his Islamophobia?
But either way, Alberta wanted change, and they voted for it.
